Simple, straightforward terms so you know exactly what to expect At Urban Plot, we believe in keeping things clear and hassle-free. Here’s everything you need to know when booking our Garden Border Mulching Service: ⸻ What’s Included • Professional mulching of your garden borders. • Mulch supplied by Urban Plot – we’ll select the type that’s best suited for your garden. • Please note: this service covers mulching only and does not include weeding, planting, or soil preparation unless agreed in advance. Service Time • This is not a timed service – depending on your borders, we may be with you for as little as 10 minutes or up to an hour. Cancellations & Rescheduling • Cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your booking. • Changes made within 24 hours will incur a £10 fee. • If we are unable to attend due to staff illness or unforeseen circumstances (such as severe weather), we’ll be in touch straight away to arrange a suitable alternative day. Access & Safety • Please ensure we have clear access to the garden on the day. • For safety, pets and children should be kept away from the work area during our visit. Weather & Conditions • If the weather makes the work unsafe or impractical, we may need to reschedule your appointment. • We’ll always keep you updated and agree on the next suitable day. Payment • Payment is due at the time of booking (unless otherwise agreed). Our Promise • We’ll deliver your mulching service professionally, neatly, and with care. • Natural mulch will settle, change colour, and weather over time – this is normal and part of its natural cycle.
