• As our plants are sourced from individual growers availability is no guaranteed until at the five (5) days before we send your plants to you. Any missing plants or plants that arrive to our distribution centre that don't meet our quality control standards will be removed from your order and you will be issued with a refund. 

• Some plants may not be labelled - if this is the case for any of your plants, please send an image of the plant to hello@urbanplot.co.uk and we will happily identify it for you

• Once payment has been made we will then process the order and we aim to deliver within 21 days of ordering.

• We will be in touch within five (5) working days after ordering to arrange a suitable delivery date with you. Please wait five working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) to contact us. If we have not contacted you in five working days then please get in touch with us a hello@urbanplot.co.uk and we will organise a convenient delivery date with you. 

• As your plants for your order are collected by our couriers up to five (5) days in advance of your delivery date your delivery date can not be adjusted within five working days prior to your delivery. If you would like to change the delivery date within five working days of your delivery date then if may incur a redelivery charge.

• We do not accept returns and we can not offer exchanges of plants.

• If any plants arrive damaged or in poor health we can provide refunds provided photographic evidence is supplied within five days of receiving the order.

• Pricing inclusive of all necessary taxes and delivery.

Delivery Details

• All deliveries are usually made between 8am and 5:30pm, unfortunately the delivery couriers can not specify delivery times.

• The delivery will be a pallet delivery to your front garden via pallet truck, provided access onto your property is wider than 120cm and step-free. If this is not the case the pallet with your plants will be left kerbside.

• It’s the customers responsibility to dispose of the pallet after delivery, the delivery couriers can not take these away.

• If you are not home during delivery an additional delivery charge may be added for redelivery. If the agreed delivery date is not convenient please inform us at the earliest and we will do out best to rearrange.
